These infections can result in multiple visits to doctor’s offices every year. UTI Facts and Frequently Asked Questions

The urinary tract includes the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra. Many people each year, including catheter-users, experience urinary tract infections. So what are the signs and symptoms to know?

If you experience a strong urge to urinate but only pass small amounts of urine at a time, that’s a good clue you may have a UTI. Bloody or cloudy, strong-smelling urine is another tell-tale sign of a UTI.

How do you treat it? First, go see your doctor as soon as possible. If left untreated, a simple infection can turn into a major issue. So you need to treat the issue immediately to knock that infection out.

One of our goals at 180 Medical is to provide you with the information you need to turn your health and life around. We’ve prepared this educational infographic about Urinary Tract Infections. This should give you more information about symptoms, prevention, and care tips.
