According to the news from CMS, Medicare Plan Finder “walks users through the Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollment process from start to finish and allows people to view and compare many of the supplemental benefits that Medicare Advantage plans offer.”

Features of the New Medicare Plan Finder

So what are some of the helpful features and updates that will make finding a Medicare supplement or Medicare Advantage plan easier?

  • Simpler price and coverage comparisons side-by-side
  • A more mobile-friendly format for tablets and smartphones
  • Find out which Medicare Advantage plans offer extra benefits

Other complementary features include a price transparency tool to compare payments and co-payments and a way to see how coverage options can affect an estimated out-of-pocket cost.
