Some companies recognize employees for their years of service with a watch, maybe a card, or a t-shirt. At 180 Medical, we celebrate 5 yea anniversaries a little differently. We celebrate the hard work and dedication of our employees by awarding them with their very own custom bobblehead!
5 Year Anniversaries Celebrated with Custom Bobbleheads
We started the tradition of giving bobbleheads for 5 year anniversaries several years ago, and it has been overwhelmingly popular. Employees can’t wait to receive their very own. We award bobbleheads at quarterly company meetings, and it is always a surprise what the bobblehead will look like.
